As the most senior post at the city level, the Programme Director (“PD”) plays a key role in the development and implementation of the assigned city’s urban regeneration programme. This broadly consists of stakeholder engagements, public realm improvements and space activation projects. The PD works closely with technical advisors and other experts to ensure optimal use of resources towards the delivery of a sustainable and impactful programme. The PD is also responsible for forging collaborations with local stakeholders and city-makers.
This role requires an appreciation of built heritage and urban planning considerations. Candidates are expected to have exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to make independent judgment, with ideally over 12 years of work experience.
The Programme Manager (“PM”) plays a key role in the delivery and implementation of projects in the city assigned, broadly consisting of community and stakeholder engagements, public realm improvements and space activation projects. The PM ensures that the city-level projects and the overall programme goals are met within their respective objectives, schedule and budget towards the delivery of an impactful urban regeneration programme.
This role requires experience in project management and/or event management. Candidates are expected to have problem-solving skills, and an ability to communicate well with people of diverse backgrounds, with ideally over 6 years of work experience.
