“Rights To The City (R2C) is supported by a network of organisations and individuals known as the Public Housing Partnership (PHP). Launched by the Minister of Housing and Local Government on 14 December 2021, the network attempts to solve pressing issues of public housing liveability and create platforms for discourse, collaboration and knowledge exchange.
