Strategy and Development – Associate/Senior Associate

The position requires the incumbent to take mainly a supporting role and occasionally the lead in the delivery and co-ordination of major projects undertaken by TC. It requires outstanding project management, communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills. The incumbent will be required to manage the day-to-day needs of projects as well as offer strategic insight based on analysis of complex social and economic datasets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Keeping up to date with the government policy and protocols, the needs of the private sector, and practicalities of engaging with the stakeholders;
  • Synthesising key issues and articulating them into briefing papers, policy reports and /or in verbal presentations;
  • Contributing, participating, and following through end-to-end of projects from development, conceptualization, presentation to implementation;

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Business or related field

Minimum years of experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience

Kind of Experience:

  • Skilled in handling funders and corporate reporting and compliance
  • Prior strategic experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
