To fulfil our mission of rejuvenating cities, we support community-driven initiatives through the public grants programme alongside implementing our own management initiatives in partnership with local and international partners. These initiatives typically fall into one of five themes: Space Activation, Public Realm Improvements, Content and Culture Curation, Capacity Building and Research & Advocacy.

Space Activation
Activating underutilised spaces through events and programmes that strengthen community ties and a sense of belonging.

Public Realm Improvement
Advocating for more public spaces and a better public realm through training, good design and construction, sustainable maintenance, and participatory planning.

Content & Culture Curation
Catalysing a creative and cultural economy by facilitating community initiatives in the creative field as well as documentation of a city, its culture, and people.

Capacity Building
By supporting and organising training sessions and seminars, we hope to develop the capacity and skills of city-makers from government agencies to contractors, while heightening their understanding of the importance of sustainable urban regeneration and city-making.

Research & Advocacy
Research and advisory support as evidence-based inputs to policies or implementation of pilot programmes.
