Land Value Capture (LVC) ensures that benefits generated by infrastructure projects contribute towards funding those projects. Several case studies were used as international benchmarks for LVC best practices. These case studies from transit,TOD, and regeneration projects highlight common challenges and demonstrate how thriving, inclusive developments can be achieved via innovative place-based mechanisms, thoughtful design, and community engagement.
