Projects already in existence that needs a booster to achieve its full potential are invited to apply for a Booster Grant. Applicants must provide evidence that the project will develop into a self-sustaining entity. Financial projections particularly details of income generation must be provided.
Property owners of buildings that are of significant heritage value are encouraged to apply for a repayable grants. If restored properties are sold within a ten year period, owners will have to repay the grant in full. No interest will be charged and after ten years, the grant is no longer repayable.
Urban regeneration projects that have a major public component especially those dealing with issues of mobility, greening, waste-management, drainage and public markets being the key intervention areas.
