K2K Programme - Social Development Specialist

A Social Development Specialist is responsible for carrying out specific tasks assigned by the Senior Manager to help the team meet its targets and key performance indicators. The role also ensures that projects are implemented efficiently and effectively, the implementation process is documented, and that projects are completed within the specified budget and timeline.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Deepening of community engagement in program PPRs;
Developing new mechanisms for building trust between community and management;
identify new mechanisms for co-management in PPRs
Contribute to development of community analytics, methodologies and insights.
Support to K2K Grants team

Minimum Qualifications

Degree or Diploma or related disciplines

Minimum years of experience:

2-3 years of work experience
Exposure to community-based or not-for-profit activity
