We focus on conservation, adaptive reuse and museology. This includes preparing dilapidation surveys, strategic master plans, and conceptual design as the basis of reference for interventions, restoration, adapted space use, and curation of museums—increasing the value of heritage assets and connecting heritage building owners to new businesses so that these buildings have new relevance in modern life.
Role Purpose
As a Manager or Senior Manager, you lead end-to-end delivery of conservation and adaptive reuse projects for historical buildings in Warisan KL and Dataran Merdeka Heritage Area. This role requires an Architect or Engineer with strong technical and project management capabilities to oversee design coordination, construction implementation, and heritage compliance and tenant-ready fit-out delivery. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and quality, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, conservation specialists, contractors, retail consultants, and authorities.
You will work closely with local and international experts, heritage authorities, government agencies, and community stakeholders, contributing to nationally significant heritage conservation initiatives.
