Think City’s Culture-Based Economic Development programme seeks to build an interconnected network of cultural assets within and between cities, leveraging heritage as a catalyst for local socio-economic development. The programme focuses on heritage conservation, adaptive reuse, and museology, enabling historic assets to remain relevant and economically sustainable in contemporary urban environments.
Our work includes the preparation of dilapidation surveys, strategic master plans, and conceptual design proposals that guide conservation interventions, restoration works, adaptive reuse strategies, and museum curation. These efforts aim to enhance the value of heritage assets while connecting building owners with new cultural, social, and commercial opportunities.
Beyond strategic planning, the programme is also involved in implementation and project oversight, including condition assessments, restoration, upgrades, and refurbishment of heritage buildings.
