Whistleblowing
Whistleblower Policy and Reporting Procedure
At Think City, we are committed to upholding integrity, accountability, and good governance in all that we do.

We encourage employees, partners, vendors, stakeholders, beneficiaries, and members of the public to report any suspected misconduct, improper conduct, fraud, abuse of power, conflict of interest, or breach of laws, policies, or ethical standards involving Think City. Reports may also include concerns relating to environmental, social, inclusion, health, safety, or governance matters associated with Think City’s projects or programmes.

We are committed to ensuring that all disclosures made in good faith are treated with strict confidentiality. Think City will not tolerate any form of retaliation, reprisal, or detrimental treatment against any individual who raises a concern honestly and in good faith.

Any complaints or reports may be channelled to our dedicated whistleblowing email at [email protected].

All reports received will be reviewed in accordance with Think City’s internal policies and governance procedures.
Established in 2009, we are an impact organisation delivering on urban policy advisory, urban projects and venture building with the sustainable development goals as our guide.
