Warisan KL is a culture-based urban regeneration initiative that strengthens Downtown Kuala Lumpur’s identity through heritage, culture, and community. Focused on the city’s historic core, it fosters meaningful, inclusive connections between people and place.

Centred on Downtown KL, the initiative is guided by 10 pilot flagship projects and adopts a precinct-based approach to support local culture, small businesses, and community life—reimagining the area as a vibrant, people-centred district.
